The Organizing Committee of the Night Half Marathon of Patras “Fanis Tsimigatos” announced with its announcement the parallel actions that will take place on those days which will be rich and will concern a wide range.
Specifically, the following are planned:
- Wednesday, October 12 at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Cultural Center of Ichthyoskala Children’s theater performance entitled “524 kilometers of dreams” – Free entry.
The performance is based on the fairy tale of Magda Kostopoulos-Beriou “A Giant who was called M.P.” inspired by the life of the great Patrini Marathon runner Maria Polyzou, while the dramatization of the fairy tale and the direction are signed by the director Fotis Lazaris of the A΄ELME Theater Group of Achaia.
- On Friday, October 14 at 8.30 p.m. at the Municipal Cultural Center of Ichthyoskala screening of the documentary “Zatopek” by the 53-year-old Czech director David Odrichek. After the screening, there will be a discussion about Emil Zatopek but also about mainly unknown aspects of the sports and social life of Fanis Tsimigatos – Free entry.
- Saturday, October 15: Sports Games
-At 4 p.m. 1,000 m Road Race for Primary School students (born in the years 2010 – 2012) and the disabled.
-At 4.30 p.m. 5,000 m Road Race for people over 12 years old.
-At 6 p.m. Half marathon 21,097 m for people over 18 years old.
-At 9 p.m. Awards at the Ichthyoskala Cultural Center.
- On Saturday, October 15 at 9.30 p.m. there will be a concert at the Ichthyoskala Cultural Center with Maria Routsi – Nikos Bali (Part 1 entitled “People have the power” and the Patronian music group “Minore Complaint” – Free entry.
