Queen Elisabeth’s funeral – Havannews.com

Yesterday, Queen Elizabeth II was buried and the whole of Great Britain mourned. Elisabeth was buried in Westminster Abbey, the same church where she married her Prince Philip in 1947 and where she was crowned Queen in 1953.

The Queen herself had chosen flowers for the funeral and the coffin was draped in a special flag representing the monarch and Great Britain and the Queen’s crown, apple and scepter were placed on it.

The entire royal family was on hand to bid farewell to the Queen, who reigned the longest of all British monarchs of all time.
