PAOK’s second training session was also completed without Andre Vieirinia, after the game against OFI in Heraklion and the three-day rest they had at the beginning of the week.
THE Razvan Lucescu and those football players PAOK have remained in Thessaloniki and do not have obligations with the national teams (a total of eight internationals are absent) worked on different tactical pieces, such as improving the recovery of the ball through pressing.
In more detail, the “black and white” PAE states:
“The break allows the team to work more intensively in training and improve parts of their game in order to come out stronger at the restart.
The technical staff has focused on specific points and has started working with the players. On Friday (23.09) the build up and pressing were in the foreground. After the warm-up and a few games of rondo, the players did exercises divided into groups, while in the finale a family double-header was also held.
Andre Vieirinia and Yiannis Michaelidis followed an individual program. The Portuguese worked in the pool and in the gym, while the Dikefalo stopper ran and did exercises on the field.”
