1. Improve well-being
Sex can improve the welfare of the mother and husband’s life. A study by the University Coventry and Oxford conducted a study of 73 people aged 50 and 83 years.
Research published in The Journals of Gerontology, Series B: Psychological and Social Sciences it found that well-being and cognitive function improvement in the elderly. Sex affects the relationship between sexual activity and their brain function.
“People often think older people don’t have sex, but we need to challenge this conception in society. Seeing the impact of sexual activity on those aged 50 years and over has a positive effect on their sexual health and well-being,” said Dr Hayley Wright, lead author of the study. 2. Reduce depression
Sex is not a cure for anxiety or depression, but feel-good hormones and chemicals released during sex can temporarily reduce stress and depression.
The hormones in question include dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin which can improve mood, increase affection, and help you bond with your husband.
